To apply for Act 48 hours earned by a college outside of PA, educators should send their sealed transcripts to: PDE, Dept. of Prof. Educ and Planning, 333 Market St., Harrisburg, PA 17126-0333.

Approved PA providers will submit earned credit hours to PDE electronically from their site. Educators should request this service from the provider.
